Se una notte d'inverno un viaggiatore (1979)

If on a Winter's Night a Traveller. Calvino makes the desire to read into a playful source of frustration and adventure. This is the experimental option: funny, demanding and interested in reading itself, rather than in providing one smooth conventional plot. Sexual material and deliberate interruption belong to the experience. William Weaver translates.
