Season: A Letter to the Future (2023)

Estelle carries a sound recorder as well as a camera, letting you preserve a place through what it sounds like. A recording can hold a detail that a photograph cannot, and choosing what enters the journal makes attention part of the story's concern with memory. It offers a gentler route into this subject than the horror selections. Take time over the recording tools and the people you meet; the value lies in assembling a personal document, not rushing towards the next destination.
