Everybody's Gone to the Rapture (2015)
Game
Released
An empty village keeps speaking through telephones, radios and traces of conversations attached to its places. Voices make a house or footpath feel occupied by a particular relationship, even when nobody is standing there. The choral music is striking, but the more revealing comparison is between ordinary countryside sound and the voices interrupting it. This is deliberately slow exploration, best suited to lingering over fragments rather than chasing a succession of objectives.
