ChuChu Rocket! (1999)

Place a few arrows and a crowd of mice suddenly finds the right rocket, or a cat finds somebody else's. That tiny rule set supports both thoughtful solo puzzles and frantic four-player local sabotage. This was a Sonic Team Dreamcast original before its later handheld conversion, rather than another arcade port. Original Dreamcast play remains a legacy-hardware route; the newer Universe game is a separate follow-up. Begin in puzzle mode, where you can set the arrows before anything moves, then invite the chaos.
