A short track and an immediate restart make another round easy to fit into a friendly rivalry. The Xbox One and PS4 game supports up to four in local split-screen, and runs on their newer console families through compatibility. Pick split-screen rather than HotSeat, which takes turns, or Double Driver, where two people steer one car. The clean time-trial goal is readable on small panels; start with easier tracks before the loops demand precise memorisation.
