Broad off-road routes and large vehicles make this a lively option when four people want to race without studying a simulator. PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series editions support up to four local split-screen players, including offline Career play. The extra drivers can make progress together in the host's career, rather than needing separate consoles. Start with an open, well-lit course: rain, night lighting and flying mud are harder to parse in a quarter-screen.
