Grim Fandango Remastered (2015)

On PC, the optional point-and-click controls let a friend explore Manny's world without first learning the original tank-style movement. Modern platform support is at least as useful as the repainted characters and recorded orchestral score. Keep regular manual saves and allow time to inspect a scene: the remaster retains the old puzzles and some very obscure object logic. Choose this edition to remove a control barrier to the comedy, rather than expecting a rewritten adventure or a built-in solution to every sticking point.
