The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD (2021)

Button-only controls make this a workable invitation for someone who does not want the Wii version's motion-led swordplay, while autosaving and streamlined item messages reduce small interruptions. The sword still needs directional input on the right stick, and using the camera with that setup takes a little learning. This is an HD remaster of the original quest, not a newly designed Zelda. Repeated visits and the older pacing remain; the improvement is having a meaningful choice of how to play.
