Into the Breach (2018)

Use the PC mouse interface to select a mech, its destination, a weapon and a target, with turns and menus handled on screen. The board stays still while you inspect the consequences, so no action needs a camera hand working alongside it. Undoing movement is useful, but committing an attack still matters: the challenge is predicting a crowded turn, not entering it quickly.
