Baba Is You (2019)

PC: rules, enemies and hazards advance with your moves rather than wall-clock time. You can leave a complicated board while thinking about something else, with undo available when you return. Completed levels are retained, but treat an unfinished arrangement as something you may need to reconstruct after closing.
