The first candy counter conceals a generous ASCII adventure of places, equipment and little puzzles. Waiting and experimenting with newly offered actions is how you discover what kind of game you have opened. It is free, with optional donations, and the original site remains playable. A useful approach is to pursue one new location or puzzle per visit; the sparse beginning needs patience before the larger shape emerges.
