The Saboteur (2009)

The 2024 Steam release made Pandemic's 2009 Paris adventure easier to revisit on PC. Climbing rooftops, taking disguises and setting up explosions still form an entertaining resistance playground, while the shift between monochrome and colour gives liberation a visible effect. Its old-fashioned mission structure and broad character writing are harder to recommend without qualification. The case is for a distinctive atmosphere and playful sabotage, not a modern remake.
