Fuga: Melodies of Steel (2021)

CyberConnect2 openly discussed this game's modest early commercial return, then went on to complete a trilogy. Start with the first entry for an unusually focused party RPG: children share a giant tank, swapping positions and managing resources through a war they did not choose. Its appealing animal characters do not make the moral pressure gentle. The route is constrained, so the pleasure comes from caring for the group rather than exploring a vast map.
