Cuphead (2017)

A live jazz ensemble gives Kristofer Maddigan's music the swing and bite of the game's animated bosses. The soundtrack is especially rewarding when you can follow the instrumental exchanges without dodging projectiles. Try Botanic Panic and Floral Fury, then stay for the slower island material. Start with the original game's album; the expansion The Delicious Last Course also has its own soundtrack.
