Eliza (2019)

Evelyn is employed to read an automated counselling service's script, including when her own judgement has nowhere to go. Listening exposes the gap between delivering an approved service and responding to a person. The wider story asks who benefits from that arrangement; it is a critique to consider, not a model of clinical work.
