Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse (2005)

Stubbs can detach a hand to crawl away and possess someone, use bits of his own body as weapons and turn victims into more zombies. Those abilities give the shambling lead more identity than a different health bar. The 2005 game's modern rerelease keeps its deliberately gross 1950s parody, so pick it for bodily slapstick rather than sophisticated stealth.
