Night City's signs and hard-edged interiors make an excellent exercise in separating a person from a busy background. On PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, the expanded Photo Mode adds placeable lights and posable characters, giving you more control over a portrait than a lucky street encounter. These newer tools do not apply to the older PS4 and Xbox One versions, and they do not require Phantom Liberty.
