Wandersong (2018)

A bard's voice is your way of asking the world to do something. Select notes with ordinary controls to move objects, answer characters and solve musical puzzles; you do not need to sing into a microphone. It is a welcoming starting point if you want music to matter without treating every scene as a score test. There is platforming and some tune matching, but curiosity and expression carry much of the adventure.
