Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin (2020)

Edelweiss makes farming and fighting depend on one another. The way you grow rice affects Sakuna's strength, so learning a crop's needs feeds back into the next side-scrolling expedition. Her magical raiment adds swinging and repositioning to combat. It is an inviting combination if a field full of detailed agricultural decisions sounds as interesting as a boss fight; keeping both halves moving asks for patience.
