Dishonored 2 (2016)

Emily's Domino lets one intervention affect several guards, while Far Reach changes how you cross and manipulate a room. Alongside Corvo's expanded powers, those tools make Karnaca's elaborate spaces feel unusually open to personal solutions. Compared with Dishonored, including its excellent story expansions, this is my pick for improvisation rather than the clearest revenge story.
