Red Dead Redemption 2 (2018)

Gold Rush requires 70 gold medals in story missions, often with timing and accuracy conditions. That can make revisiting a favourite set-piece rewarding, but it can also turn a dramatic scene into a route to optimise. I would let Arthur's campaign breathe on a first run and choose replays afterwards. The separate story-completion checklist is not the same thing as earning every achievement.
