SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition (2003)

SimCity 4 Deluxe makes a city part of a region whose jobs, housing, services and connections must fit together. The Rush Hour expansion is included, making this the edition to choose for its transport tools. Its attraction is the readable relationship between land use and the wider urban system, not simply nostalgia for an isometric skyline. Expect an old interface; community transport enhancements are optional additions, not features of the unmodified game.
