Reservoirs, dams, power and vertical construction must work together to keep a beaver settlement functioning when conditions change. The full-release game offers a satisfying meeting of civil engineering and town care. Drought and badwater pressure are important in normal play; custom settings let you adjust the challenge rather than assume the cheerful animals mean a threat-free builder.
