Anno 117: Pax Romana (2025)

Anno 117 gives service coverage and neighbouring buildings a strong role in how a Roman town develops. Meeting residents' categories of needs offers useful choices about how to grow, while the two provinces encourage different plans. It is a welcoming alternative, though its production chains are less involved than Anno 1800's. Diplomacy and military pressures belong to the wider game; the base release provides the core city-building.
