Nelly Cootalot: The Fowl Fleet (2016)

Nelly's pirate adventure uses verbal misunderstandings and an outlandish supporting cast to give object puzzles a comic reason to exist. Her battle against Baron Widebeard is a comparatively welcoming choice when you want warmth alongside the nonsense. This story stands on its own without the earlier Nelly game. A few clues are slippery, so enjoy the conversations and allow yourself a hint when wordplay stops helping.
