Lumino City (2014)

Lumi's search for her kidnapped grandfather takes place in a city made from physical miniature models. Watching a child notice a tiny mechanism can be as enjoyable as solving it. The puzzles mix observation with numbers and practical arrangements, while the in-game manual gives adults something useful to consult. Expect to help with reading and harder deductions. Its handmade appearance is welcoming, but this is a more demanding shared project than a first solo adventure.
