Dial 4468 from a working in-game phone and the HintTron uses your progress to offer a relevant hint tree. Start with one answer and return to investigating; deeper questions become more explicit. This is included in the updated base game, with no real phone call or charge. Reaching a telephone and making another call adds a little friction, especially with several puzzles open. Casual mode reduces the puzzle load separately, which may suit a shorter evening better than repeatedly asking for help.
