Calling the in-game detective hotline makes asking for help part of the train's comedy. Choose the problem you are working on, listen for a direction and try it before asking further. It is included in the PC adventure, so a separate guide is unnecessary. The theatrical delivery is more entertaining than a plain solution page, although it takes longer to hear. Its coverage is not equally detailed for every sticking point; I would choose the systems above for the most dependable small nudges.
