Shigidi and the Brass Head of Obalufon (2023)

A dissatisfied nightmare god and his formidable lover try to leave the Orisha Spirit Company's arrangements behind, only to be drawn into a supernatural heist. Talabi takes Yoruba-derived figures through Lagos, Singapore and London, making divine work resemble a very earthly business. Choose it for a mobile, contemporary fantasy about freedom and the terms of a relationship. Sex, violence and corporate manoeuvring give the adventure an adult edge.
