The Devils (2025)

Brother Diaz must work with a congregation of convicted monsters on a mission through a grotesquely altered Europe. The arrangement lets Abercrombie turn religious expediency, monstrous appetites and the business of keeping a group together into abrasive comedy. Choose it for a violent ensemble adventure whose characters are entertaining before they are admirable. It starts a separate series from the First Law books, with exuberantly adult language and gore.
