Die unendliche Geschichte (1979)

The Neverending Story appears here under its original German title, Die unendliche Geschichte. Bastian's encounters with the book and its world keep altering what a journey can mean. Ende invites curiosity about stories, wishes and what a traveller carries into the landscape, with wonders well beyond the best-known film. Choose it for a world always opening again; a fixed map is less useful than a willingness to be surprised.
