A patient's rhythm becomes a way of learning about their life, while duets and changing patterns let relationships affect how a level feels. The full release contains a character-led hospital campaign alongside its timing challenges. One button keeps the vocabulary small, but later rhythms ask for serious listening and practice. Follow the authored story levels first; optional Night Shift challenges and community-made charts provide different reasons to return.
