Crimsonland (2014)

Circle a growing crowd, aim into the space you want to open and decide when a weapon pickup is worth crossing danger to reach. The wide, mostly unobstructed field makes crowd management easy to understand before the numbers become overwhelming. This is the 2014 enhanced PC release, with quest missions and separate survival modes. Start with a quest for a discrete task; a successful survival attempt can keep growing. Blood, bodies and weapon effects can make the later field much less clean.
