Machinarium (2009)

Josef's extendable torso makes his small metal body part of the puzzle interface: changing his height changes what he can reach. Shrugs, little walks and thought bubbles also carry a romance without spoken exchanges. The current PC version supports modern fullscreen play and controllers. Bring patience for machinery and inventory chains; the expressive robot does not solve them for you.
