Electroplankton (2005)

A collection of ten touch-driven musical creatures on the original Nintendo DS cartridge. Redirect moving plankton, change patterns and use Rec-Rec to loop microphone sounds; the reward is hearing a small intervention alter an evolving piece. It is the most spontaneous choice here, with few conventional goals. There is no composition-save function, so use an external recording setup if you need to keep a performance. Choose it for happy accidents, rather than for returning tomorrow to edit a saved arrangement.
