Focus Movement gives you precise, slower control, making this a useful place to practise the difference between a tiny correction and an unnecessary sweep across incoming fire. Start on a low difficulty and keep one ship long enough to recognise how its movement and weapons affect your route. There are nine ships with different teleport behaviours, so changing craft also changes your escape plan. Cadet School adds short challenges, but the main attraction here is turning a busy vertical screen into a sequence of manageable positions.
