Breaking or leaving the bus-stop sign changes the route towards a ship or Chinatown, with different bosses. Other exits can also change or shorten an encounter, so reading the stage includes watching for decisions you can accidentally make while fighting. Choose the original SNES game for this branching campaign. It is an interesting historical example of hiding a route switch inside ordinary action; original hardware or an already available compatible release is the practical starting point.
