Wryn's vivid silhouette and large, cleanly shaped attacks remain distinct against relatively subdued backdrops. More usefully, you can slow time while shooting, dodging and reflecting, giving a difficult pattern a pace you can study. Begin with the normal story and a lower difficulty before the one-life Arcade challenge. Reflectable pink attacks provide a specific visual cue, but other attacks still need dodging; learning that distinction matters as the boss sequences grow more elaborate.
