Every Summer After (2022)

Percy and Sam's friendship grows through summers by an Ontario lake, time at his family's restaurant and the knowledge of being expected back. Returning for a funeral forces Percy to face why those visits stopped. Pick it for a relationship embedded in a place and its ordinary routines, with a serious betrayal beneath the nostalgia. An explicit adult romance whose second chance carries grief and genuine hurt.
