Róisín Machine (2020)

Róisín Murphy lets desire and uncertainty move through extended dance tracks with a very clear personality. Something More has room to stretch because small shifts of voice and texture remain interesting; Jealousy supplies a sharper final push. The long grooves ask for patience, but their development serves the same unsettled emotional world.
