Customising a Wanzer sits alongside an action-point economy that makes movement and weapon use compete for the same resource. A loadout therefore needs to work with where you intend to stand and how much you want to do before the enemy acts. This is the more demanding series choice for someone who already enjoys comparing parts and planning several exchanges. Expect long battles, chance-based outcomes and a greater rules-learning commitment than a small tactical puzzle.
