Rolling Gunner (2018)

Rolling Gunner's Novice mode makes automatic rescue less expensive: a hit spends one bomb, rather than the whole bomb stock used by Original. That gives you more chances to learn its rotating rear gun without immediately losing a ship. Casual offers another gentler rule set. Automatic protection still ends when the bombs run out, and a deliberate bomb is more useful than waiting for rescue. This recommendation concerns the base game's modes; Over Power changes the weapons and defence system.
