Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy (2011)

Follow the manual alongside Devon Basic Training: movement practice leads to the firing range, support weapons and a mock battle. Task Force Raff then provides a more demanding application of the lessons. Select WeGo for a replayable minute, allowing you to inspect spotting, positioning and which weapon fired; RealTime mode does not provide that same replay. These are useful learning campaigns inside a demanding tactical simulation, not an assurance that every contact will be explained automatically. Start here when you want to study a small combined-arms encounter closely before committing to a full Normandy campaign.
