Anime Series for Viewers Who Do Not Know Where to Start

Choose by the kind of story you already enjoy, rather than trying to learn an entire medium at once. Death Note and ODDTAXI offer very different mysteries, SPY x FAMILY is the lighter family-comedy door, and Frieren is a patient fantasy route. The selection also includes sport, romance, creative work and science fiction. Some are compact complete stories; others are longer commitments or have film continuations. Start with one promising premise, and use the entries' tone and length guidance to find a comfortable first step.
