Last Christmas (2019)

Ending spoilers. Tom is dead, and Kate received his heart in her transplant. His limited interaction with other people supplies fair clues; the trouble is the literal use of the song's premise to reframe their courtship as her recovery. That can be moving if the fable works for you. It also reduces the pleasure of watching two people build a relationship, leaving a reassuring stranger to do much of Kate's emotional guidance.
