The Guilty (2018)
Movie
Released
A phone line gives you voices, pauses and background noise, but leaves the scene itself unseen. Gustav Möller's Danish original uses that restriction to make you construct events alongside an emergency dispatcher, then question how much either of you can really know. Lean, tense and powered by Jakob Cedergren's reactions, it suits an evening of close listening rather than elaborate spectacle.
