Best Bollywood Comedy Movies of All Time

These Hindi comedies sustain a comic world, rather than simply containing a famous joke. The selection moves from verbal play and mistaken identities to social satire and affectionate ensemble chaos. Start with Chupke Chupke for language games, Khosla Ka Ghosla for an everyday scam or Laapataa Ladies for a recent, generous comedy. Wordplay sometimes needs subtitle attention, and older attitudes can be less appealing than the timing around them. The emphasis is on a complete evening's comic invention, with the differences in tone explained before you choose.
