85 minutes. A conversation with the passenger in the next plane seat turns a routine flight into an increasingly personal threat. Rachel McAdams and Cillian Murphy make the changing balance of politeness and coercion easy to read. Wes Craven moves briskly from the enclosed duel to its physical consequences, without padding the simple setup.
