Robert Pattinson turns a worker who can be repeatedly reprinted into both an awkward comic creation and a person worth defending. Bong Joon Ho uses that disposable body to make labour exploitation literal, then lets the problem spread across an off-world colony. The satire can be broad and unruly, but its combination of cloning, creature design and Pattinson's contrasting performances makes this one of 2025's most distinctive big-budget sci-fi films.
