Hundreds of Beavers (2024)
Movie
Released
A trapper's repeated failures gradually become an absurdly intricate system of traps, enemies and mascot-costume bodies. Mike Cheslik makes the escalating logic legible through nearly wordless slapstick. Its 2024 theatrical breakthrough offered a newer route into communal cult viewing: you can enjoy the immediate collision before appreciating how much earlier business feeds the next disaster.
